Roslyn, Wash. (June 12, 2013) – Suncadia, a year-round mountain resort community located 80 miles east of Seattle, is delighted to announce the appointment of Richard Seay as vice president, director of sales and marketing for Suncadia Real Estate Sales Company. In this new position, Seay will manage sales and marketing of resort real estate offerings including brokerage, land parcel transactions and builder project sales for Suncadia’s portfolio of more than 2,800 homesites and 223 lodge units.

Seay brings more than 20 years of experience in the sales and marketing industry to this position, including his role as executive vice president of sales at IMI Resort Holdings, Inc. in Greenville, S.C. Most recently, Seay was principal and partner at Signature Real Estate Group in St. Maarten, where he managed the on-site sales team at Porto Cupecoy, successfully selling the project out. Seay earned his bachelor’s degree in hotel, restaurant, and tourism administration from the University of South Carolina.
