A Look Back At 2014

What a year we had at Suncadia Real Estate Sales Company (SREC).  We would like to thank our homeowners and club members for their belief in, support of and commitment to Suncadia. Your hard workand that of our homebuilders, architects, other construction professionals, and the Suncadia and Tumble Creek teams combined to take our resort community to the next level. It is a real pleasure to always be discussing our bright future.  Suncadia's logo says "Resort -Community - Legacy". The development team has built the Resort; the homeowners are building the Community, and are now leaving a Legacy for their children and grandchildren to enjoy for years to come.

 SREC posted its best year since 2007,with 163 closings for $53+ million compared to 131 for $34 million in 2013. In 2014, the average transaction increased by 22%+ over the previous year.

 We have had 114 new home construction starts in the last 24 months. We saw 38% of all sales come from current owners, either buying a second or third property, or a referral of a friend, family member and/or business associate. It is a strong testament to the commitment of our property owners to Suncadia.
