About Suncadia

Suncadia is Washington State’s premier four season mountain resort. Located just 80 miles from downtown Seattle, this 6400 acre playground provides residents with unparalleled vistas of snow-capped mountains, sun-dappled meadows, expansive forests, and rushing rivers.  This stunning destination offers a wealth of year-round activities, perfect for a Pacific Northwest vacation home.

The amenities are exceptional. Over 40 miles of hiking and biking trails. Spa treatments and therapies at Glade Spring Spa. Thirty-six holes of mountain golf. State-of-the-art Swim and Fitness Center.

Suncadia adjoins 1,200 pristine acres along the Cle Elum River corridor for family vacation activities like horseback riding, fly fishing, white-water rafting, kayaking, and rock climbing. Adjacent to the 2.2 million acre Wenatchee National Forest for downhill skiing, snowboarding, and snowmobiling, Suncadia is also within a short drive to Washington state's growing Wine Country and countless small, historic mining and agricultural towns to explore.

Welcome to your home away from home, Suncadia.

2015 Real Estate Recap

Suncadia ended 2015 with more than $55 million in closed real estate sales.

“We saw more than 40% of all 2015 sales result from a referral of a friend, family member or business associate by current owners. It is a strong testament to the commitment of our owners,” said Richard Seay, vice president, director of sales and marketing, Suncadia. “There is a strong community of homeowners here at Suncadia who enjoy just getting away to relax for the weekend, or spending a few weeks at a time to immerse themselves in our mountain retreat culture.”

Since January 2015, we closed 133 real estate transactions for homes, home sites and condominiums ranging from $80,000 to $3 million. Sixty-nine home sites, 46 custom homes and 18 condominiums were sold with the average price increasing by nearly 30% from 2014. Suncadia’s median home price is $810,000.

“We have found that our second home market is a direct reflection of the strength of the primary home market in the Puget Sound area,” said Seay. “With the region’s significant growth in the real estate market over the past few years, our housing market is thriving.”

We will be hosting a Tour of Homes on Sunday, February 14 and March 20 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. where we invite you to come and tour a variety of available properties.

Since properties became available in 2003, 715 homes and condominiums have been completed. Nine distinct Suncadia neighborhoods offer a variety of styles – Suncadia for a resort village experience offering The Lodge, Rope Rider, Prospector, Black Nugget, Trailhead, Prospector’s Reach, and the exclusive Osprey Ridge communities; Nelson Preserve for dramatic views and easy access to the river; and Tumble Creek, for a private retreat within a gated enclave of homes. Homeowner amenities include award-winning resort golf courses Prospector and Rope Rider, Portals Restaurant, Suncadia Club Swim & Fitness Center and Glade Spring Spa. Suncadia is the only resort of its kind to feature a winery within its boundaries, Swiftwater Cellars. The private Tumble Creek neighborhood also offers members access to the private Tom Doak designed golf course, glamorous camping of Sasse Mountain Outpost, and their own Hill House Swim & Fitness Center.
