Suncadia's "Sweet Spot" Challenge
Hitting the Sweet Spot is more than just a reference to a sport player's success! In today's business climate finding personal as well as collective success consistently within your organization is no small feat but when you do, that sense of accomplishment is no less rewarding than a major league player's home run record! We realize not everyone is a sports fan but everyone loves the feeling of accomplishment and success. We are going to take the traditional sense of hitting the sweet spot to a round robin style event that encourages individual and team success through a series of fast paced sports activities. We will stage a variety of sport and field activities and each team will participate in each activity throughout the course of the event. The number and type of activities will be customized for each group but may include; golf chipping and/or putting, tennis, football toss, Frisbee golf, kick ball, softball, soccer goal kick, etc. Each round will have a set amount of time, then each team will rotate to the next activity, moving in this fashion until all teams have participated in every event. Each activity will have a different scoring system and those scores can be posted to a master score board or kept secret and results provided later at an awards banquet or dinner event.
Note: No prior sport experience necessary for this event, intended to allow success in various venues for all the participants!
Pricing varies depending on the number of teams, events and length of time. Ask for a proposal.
Finale Suggestion: Once all teams have rotated through the stations, each team could select 1 player to represent their team in a head to head against all of the other teams for one final team round. They would have a few minutes to strategize who will represent at each station and all team members must be utilized. If there are more stations than team members, we will allow team members to do more than one station.

Amazing Race Team Challenge
We know that all groups' participants have diverse interests and abilities and finding the right teambuilding event can be its own challenge. This event takes into consideration all these diversities and we guarantee your group will be talking about it long after the event ends. Each team of 12-20 people will receive a bin that contains a binder that consists of clues to various locations, 2-4 mental puzzles and a scavenger hunt list. Each clue leads to a location on property (walking or biking distance) and will list a specific number of participants that must go to that location to participate in an activity. The activity will not be divulged but the clue will indicate whether it is a physical or mental challenge. Each team must strategize how to get to each location, how to deploy their team to accomplish all the activity stations, find all the scavenger hunt items and complete their mental challenge sheets. Did we mention there is time limit? All aspects of this event are scored to ultimately lead to a final score for each team.
Recommend allowing 3-4 hrs

Row, Run, Ride
Great combo event for groups that is somewhat athletic and competitive in nature. This event will be facilitated as a relay team initiative. Each team of three people will participate in a head to head competition with the other 2 teams. First event is the canoe leg where all three member of each team will hop into a canoe and race around a series of buoys. They will then dock and head to the next leg of the race which is a run on our paved path that loops around the lake (approx ¼ mile). One person from each team will run their leg of the race and then tag off relay style until all 3 team members have completed the run. Then, each member of the teams will ride/push a scooter the same distance around the lake on the paved path relay style until the final. ** Many variations of this event based on numbers of people in group. Pricing depends on number of participants and the dynamic of the program. Ask for a proposal.
