Our Continental Breakfast selections provide guests with the freshest of produce, from a selection of Washington seasonal berries to imported tree-ripened fruits and melons. Steel cut oatmeal and freshly brewed coffee are staples on our continental breakfast menu. If your group requires a more protein-infused breakfast, our Prospector or Hikers Breakfast Buffets will surely do the trick. We also offer plated breakfast options designed for a more formal gathering and include such entrees such as Bananas Foster French Toast and traditional Eggs Benedict.
For lunchtime, we offer boxed lunches that include a variety of salad and sandwich options, such as Bowtie Pasta, Chef Salad, Greek Wrap, and The Classic Club sandwich. We also offier a variety of hot and cold lunch buffets from around the world, such as the Red Top Pizza Party or Ranchero's Mexican Grill.
