GROUP FITNESS CLASS SCHEDULE
Our Washington family swim facility & fitness center was designed to enhance year 'round recreational opportunities at Suncadia, as well as provide healthy lifestyle options for the whole family. It features both indoor and outdoor resort activities for members and guests.
Overlooking Suncadia's freshwater lake and amphitheater, the outdoor leisure pool, whirlpool spa, children's wading pool and poolside dining terrace is a popular gathering place to enjoy the sunshine and fresh mountain air. The outdoor grill operates seasonally and hours vary daily from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Please note: outside food and beverage is not permitted.
Inside, there's something for everyone: dual water slides, 218 feet and 271 feet in length respectively ("The minimum height required to ride the slides is 42" and all riders must ride solo."), combination lap and leisure pool with whirlpool spa area, saunas and steam rooms. For personal wellness and keeping fit, the Swim & Fitness Center features state-of-the-art, cardiovascular and strength-training exercise equipment from TechnogymTM with treadmills, elliptical and step machines, upright and reclining bikes, as well as machine and free weights. The Swim and Fitness Center includes day use locker rooms that include shower amenities, swimsuit spinners and digital storage lockers.

One-on-One Training: Have one of our trainers work with you to create a program specifically designed for your and your lifestyle. Individual sessions - $50 Members, $55 Guests (60 minutes); Six-session Package $275; 12-Session Package $550
30-Minute HIIT Package: Ultra-intense training. Individual sessions - $40 Members, $45 Guests (30 minutes); Six-Session Package $220; Pairing - $30 additional with any other training package
Sport-Specific Training: Let our trainers design a program to greatly enhance your sport of choice. Individual sessions - $55 Members, $60 Guests (60 minutes); Six-session Package $305; 12-Session Package $630
Group Session: For you and your friends! $50 for the first, and $25 for each additional (60 minutes)
The Way Around: Let our trainers and fitenss professional give you a tour and show you how to properly operate all of our state-of-the-art equipment. $20 Members, $25 Guests. Body Composition Assessment/Fitness Test: $15
GROUP FITNESS CLASSES
Fitting in a workout or maintaining a fitness routine while on vacation is no small feat. We recommend joining any of our regularly scheduled classes; such as spin, aqua aerobics, yoga and total body fitness classes. Pre-registration is not necessary but all classes are first come first service if they fill up. All classes are complimentary for members and $12 for resort guests.
