Splish Splash Year Round
Suncadia's Swim & Fitness Center features an outdoor leisure pool overlooking Suncadia's freshwater lake, a children's wading pool, an indoor combination lap and leisure pool, indoor dual waterslides, indoor and outdoor whirlpool spas, saunas and steam rooms. Members and guests can relax at the poolside dining terrace. The Swim and Fitness Center is scheduled to open in December 2007.

Fitness areas at Suncadia's Swim & Fitness Center feature premier cardiovascular exercise and strength training equipment from Technogym including treadmills, elliptical and step machines, upright and reclining bikes, as well as machine and free weights. Members and guests can also enjoy a poolside dining terrace and recreation lawn. Personal training services and a variety of group fitness programs such as yoga, spinning or Pilates will be available depending on member demand.
