The Suncadia Club Swim & Fitness Center is your play-and-stay spot here at Suncadia! From our top-notch fitness facilities featuring TechnoGym™ strength and cardio equipment, group fitness classes, and personal training, we take wellness seriously. For fun and relaxation we feature our ever-popular aquatics facilities featuring water slides, spas, pools, aromatherapy-infused steam room, and cedar sauna. No matter what your needs, we have everything to keep you, and your family, well and happy while visiting us.

Access to the Swim & Fitness Center is available to members and guests staying with Suncadia Resort. Please refer to the Suncadia Activities Guide located on the Calendar of Events for all hours of operations seasonally. Contact our Swim & Fitness front desk at 509-649-6140 for more information.

Our Washington family swim facility & fitness center was designed to enhance year 'round recreational opportunities at Suncadia, as well as provide healthy lifestyle options for the whole family. It features both indoor and outdoor resort activities for members and guests.

Overlooking Suncadia's freshwater lake and amphitheater, the outdoor leisure pool, whirlpool spa, children's wading pool and poolside dining terrace is a popular gathering place to enjoy the sunshine and fresh mountain air. The outdoor grill operates seasonally and hours vary daily from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Please note: outside food and beverage is not permitted.

Inside, there's something for everyone: dual water slides, 218 feet and 271 feet in length respectively ("The minimum height required to ride the slides is 42" and all riders must ride solo."), combination lap and leisure pool with whirlpool spa area, saunas and steam rooms. For personal wellness and keeping fit, the Swim & Fitness Center features state-of-the-art, cardiovascular and strength-training exercise equipment from TechnogymTM with treadmills, elliptical and step machines, upright and reclining bikes, as well as machine and free weights. The Swim and Fitness Center includes day use locker rooms that include shower amenities, swimsuit spinners and digital storage lockers.

Using your entire body, this class is designed to develop a unique type of conditioning that develops a lean appearance and sustainable energy. Similar to what sports teams use, the exercises used require full body coordination and mobility. Maintaining a challenging pace throughout, you’ll constantly be challenging your athleticism. The core is MUCH more than just your visible abs. The core is a criss-crossing group of multiple muscles that serve as your body’s center of gravity and base for all movements. Developing a truly great core is a much more detailed process than just throwing some sit-ups in at the end of a workout. Join us for 45-minutes of core development, with focus on every possible aspect. From your transverse abdomonis (very deep muscle that controls spinal stability) to your rectus abdomonis (visible “6-pack” muscle), no aspect will be left untouched. We also utilize an assortment of unilateral movements (on one foot, or using one hand) that develop the full body while requiring core activation.

This one-hour weekly class is an introduction to Cuban Salsa, as well as the beginner motions of Rueda de Casino. The class starts with building the foundation for people who are either new to the style, or new to dance in general. Cuban Salsa is designed to teach all levels, utilizing Guapea, Dile Que No, Vacilala, and Enchunfla, plus a ton of Rueda. No experience is required.

Looking for a workout for the whole family?  Enjoy FamFit! The trainer will assess your family and tailor the routine to your needs.  FamFit is a perfectly scaled family fitness routine everyone can take part in!  Using everything from TRX, Kettleballs,  and HIIT training, this program is designed with you in mind!

KidsFIT – Sign up Here

Aimed at children ages 8-15, KidsFIT teaches your kids about basic nutrition, wellness, and being active in a safe and interactive environment led by NCCA-accredited trainers and instructors. Each session will include a basic nutrition class that’s easy to understand, along with a fun and interactive fitness class. There are three programs to choose from – HikeFIT, DanceFIT, and AquaFIT – so your child will get the experience that they want. Each child will also get a t-shirt, and a Wellness Pack. Registration and waiver release are required.


Take a break from all the stress, and relieve the more common mobility issues that arise from overuse and abuse. Whether it is the golf swing breaking down, or that incorrect squat that has been hurting you back for a while now, this 2-hour mobility classes will unglue, release, and give you back the movement you thought you lost.  In addition, this class will teach you proper use of the Trigger Point ™ product, and how it can increase your mobility. Maximum of four people per session.
